Default Dash lights

Hi I have what may be a foolish question. Is there ANY way to change dash lights on an '05 silverado crewcab without buying a whole new dash panel ie: circuit board? If there is where can I get the necessary parts? Thanks for any information.

I've heard of people buying kits for this. But they had to cut all the existing bulbs out and solder in new leds. I looked into this a couple years back for my 2006 but never took on the headache
