Default deceleration grinding noise 06 Silverado?

Hi all, I Have a low mileage 06 Silverado 2500 that I had the transfer case replaced on with a used one just over a year ago. So I'm having a loud grinding/squealing noise when decelerating going down hill at speeds over 40mph. The sound goes away as soon as I accelerate again. Does the same thing in 4wd. Transfer case, transmission?? Please help! Thanks, James
