My 2002 silverado has a problem i was trying to install cab lights and link them to a wire on the headlight switch. I was stripping wire and attaching it when i heard a fuse pop sound. Now my truck won't start my alarm doesn't work my interior lights don't work or my headlights. What could be the problem.

you shorted out ur circuits bring it to someone to have it looked at

 

Undo everything you did and tape the bare wires. Check and replace the bad fuses and that should get you running again.
