Default Desperately in need of help...5.3 knocking

I have a 2005 1500 5.3 I was lucky enough to get some of the casetech heads one looked like someone poured a milkshake in the heads so I replaced it along with new roller lifters.

The truck had a valve tick that went away after about 5 minutes but now after replacing head and lifters it wont go away. I found out where it is....number 5 exhaust valve. When I push on it I can feel the rocker beating the hell out of the rod when its running.

I have no idea where to go from here.....I was thinking I installed the lifter wrong but the little cover that goes over them should make sure they are all spun the correct way. I really dont want to pull the motor as this is my daily driver. What steps should I take for further trouble shooting?

Well I think I fixed it motor runs clean. I pulled all the plugs and rockers then I rotated crank to insure all rods went up verifying good cam lobes. The one lifter was hanging so after dropping in some oil and rotating the motor a few more times I put it back together and seems well.

*****One question I have a missing electrical connection its on the top right were the plastic plate is that covers the main wiring harness ontop of the intake more towards the back. I have no idea what it is for? Can anyone with a 5.3 pull the cover off and see where the connection goes? Its a two wire flat connection******

Never mind found it I think its a MAP sensor.
