how do you take the door panel off of a 1998 extenda cab? the inside door handle is broken..

 

theres a few screws around the handle and snap clips around the outside of the panel. just slide your hand around the panel and pop it off. it is a pain in the a** but its not that hard

 

It's not to bad. You can get a screwdriver looking tool to take the snaps off with for around 5 dollars. If you don't get one be ready for one or two broken clips. Be carefull pulling them off you may not break any if you do they are only a dollar or two. But like 454chevy said take the two screws out of the armrest/pull handle, pull the ring around the handle off, and I don't remeber if the trim piece for the mirror had to come off or not. If it does just pull it off.
