Driver Sliding Seat Error
I drive a '94 Chevy Silverado, and last night, after getting something out of my backseat, the driver's seat would not lock into place or go back all the way. I drove home, took it out, hammered on it some to try and slide it back into position, but it seems that there might be a problem with the roller in it, or whatever it's called. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
Check for pennies.......had that happen before and it was a penny jammed in between the rails. Them usless things get everywhere...and so do McD's french fries but those don't jam anythinig but your arteries.
I took out the seat, sprayed some WD-40 on the slides, looked in it, and am assuming that the roller inside is somehow off 1 position, if that is possible. It is short 1 "notch" compared to the other side each direction so it makes sense that it wouldn't work I believe. Any ideas how to correct?
