Red face Driver tire shakes when i hit a bump

I got a 98 z71. When I hit a bump the top of the tire goes out. Ive replaced the pitman arm, inner and outer tie rods. Ive jacked the truck up and moved it left right up and down and theres no play in it. It seems like it only dose it when it has the load of the motor on it. Any ideas, cv half shaft? sway bar? Need help lol thanks chris

Ball joints or control arm bushings are worth a try.

look into a moog tie rod, those things are beefy compared to the stock rods that might help you out.
