Default Driveshaft Slip Yoke Binding

I have a 2009 Silverado 1500 that has occasional problems with the driveshaft slip yoke binding. I have heard from other truck owners that this is sometimes a problem. I have 29,000 miles on my truck and had it serviced by the dealer at 23,000 miles for this problem and now it is doing it again. What happens is when I come to a stop I feel a slight jolt from the driveshaft slip yoke engaging. In this case about 5-10 seconds after I stop. The service advisor said it happens sometimes. Does this mean after my 100,000 mile drivetrain warranty is over and it continues to happen I will have to pay for the periodic service of this problem? Does anyone else have this problem?
