Default easy access to O2 sensor wire?

Is there a place in the cabI canget to the O2 sensor wireeasily? I would like to install an air/fuel ratio gauge and really don't want run wires around and under the truck.

I doubt that the 02 sensor circuit comes into the cab. And which 02 sensor are you wanting to tap? There are probably 4 of them.

This is how I ran mine.
I didn't want to drill any holes in the firewall so...
Through the kick panel, out through the rubber boot where the door wires run, pop out through the bottom of the rubber boot, and go in between the inner and outer guard and drop it own and under the car o the WBO2 sensor.

O2 sensor signal wires will go to your ECM. which is under the hood.

I only have one O2 sensor, Gm started putting more on in '96. Where is the ECM in the engine compartment and what color wire should I be looking for?

Found it, I crawled under the truck and followed the wire, and it goes tothe ECUthat sits behind the glove box in the cab.

Yea I was about to say, the ecm is behind the glove box, and there is only on o2 sensor. Are you still needing to know what color wire northey?

Its purple right? that is what came out of the three wire O2 sensor, red hot, black ground, and purple sensing wire.

Don't get me to lie to you, when i go home tonight I'll look it up in my haynes manual, but right now I don't know.

You don't have to lie I was just double checking, the gauge is hooked up and works fine. Everythings good.
