ECM B fuse blowing

ECM B fuse blowing
1999 chevy silverado 1500 cranks and idles but when i put in gear it dies and blows ECM B fuse under hood. if i can just get going down the road its ok. idling in gear or slow speeds will blow fuse and goes dead.
