hi i have a 2007 silverado i want to put an edge evolution programmer in my truck the only problem is that it is a stock truck will that be a problem?

 

I have the Edge Product for my 2007 new body style Silverado and it works pretty good. The only issue that I am seeing is consistent Stabilitrack errors. The errors I am seeing happened only after I installed the edge product. But Edge says that it should not affect the Stabilitrack control unit and they found a service bulletin that would fix the issue. the dealership says it is the device, but yet they sale the device at some of the chevy dealerships as a aftermarket upgrade. So the real question is a $400 investment that may or may not break your truck. Other people I have spoke with have had no problems what so ever with theirs and they say I may have gotten a lemon truck or a lemon programmer. Edge wants me to send the programmer back so that they can run diags on it.
