Default electrical issue

so ive been having a problem with my electrical system. i did the fuse pull test and nothing changed. i replaced the starter thinking the solenoid was the problem. there is a blue spark when attaching the ground to the battery and cant figure out where the draw is coming from. im at a loss right now and would not like to take time off work. i have an alarm system but that shouldnt be enough of a draw to drain the battery. i have a relay for my hids and that didnt change when i disconnected it. i have a kill switch for my amplifier but thats tapped into a 12v constant and isnt sending power to the amp until the switch is on. so if anyone can shed some light on this i would appreciate it. hopefully mdtahoe or maxx will speak up. thanks in advance.

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Take a DVOM (digital volt ohm meter) put the positive lead on the battery and negative on the cable. Set the meter on mA (milliamps). What is the reading after 1 min, after 5 min? Any other way to check for a draw is wrong, unless you have a low amp clamp. It needs to be around 30 mA (0.030) or less.
