if it is the box, usually they get slop in them and the lower spindle is where the fluid comes from, 7 out of 10 times it is the hose though

well gfd, I just thought i'd update ya. haha, it was the hose for my power steering, I fixed it and as of right now, my truck is fully functional without any problems. I don't know how long that'll last though haha.
