I have a newer 92 silverado with a newer 350 Crate motor, It is a TBI motor this I know. However unfortunately the truck was in a nasty accident twistng the frame so now the truck is totalled. So to make a long story short I found an older 1986 Chevy 3/4 ton Just frame and chassis, the motor and trans were removed. I was wondering if a compatible swap would be good to go and what all i would have to do. I dont know if the 86 came stock with TBI or not. Does anyone know what would be a way to figure it out? If there is a way to tell or not? Would really appreciate it thanks.
