I just bought a 2014 silverado with the 5.3L V8, im wanting to upgrade my exhaust. My question is after the cats when it comes into the y connector it goes into, what it looks like another cat but no wires connected to it from what i can see on it, does that have to stay on the truck to keep the warrenty or can i get that taken off to and the warrenty still be covered?

 

Honestly probably needs to stay on there but ask the dealership and see what they say. That'd be your best bet
