Default Exhaust leak.. need help

So i have what im guessing is an exhaust leak, i have already replaced a bolt in the exhaust manifold, and that quieted it, and i realize it may need a new gasket, but i believe that the loudest part is coming from the exhaust "doughnut". what i am hearing is a fast paced ticking noise. it sounds like its coming from under the cab. if it is the doughnut is it a hard fix? or how much would it cost to get it fixed? all answers appreciated... thanks!

It's not hard, but a pain in the butt. Had to do it to my dads 08 vmax 3 times.
