Default Factory Bluetooth and Aftermarket Navigation?

Hoping to get some help.

Apparently my Silverado is UQ3 and I can't put the factory Navigation system in it. I would rather do the factory than the aftermarket; sorry I like the clean look of OEM.

I was never told by my salesman that you had to have the UQA to get navigation.

So my question is this:
Will my factory bluetooth work with an aftermarket navigation radio?

And does anyone have any suggestions about a quality system and speakers for the factory location?

factory bluetooth will work providing you using the proper integration module. Certain model will also make integrating steering wheel controls a breeze if you are so equipt.
This module is exactly what you need
