Hello this is my first time ever getting shocks/struts for a vehicle and looking for some pointers. It's a '14 1500 High Country that is mostly used on the road but I also take offroad for fishing and to my family's ranch to work and hunt. Definitely not doing anything crazy and not looking to lift the truck any. If somebody could help throw me some pointers on good brands and maybe what I should put on, it would be much appreciated.

 

Welcome from Florida. It all depends on how much you want to spend. I found that Monroe shocks works as well as the comparable high dollar shocks for a more reasonable price.

 

Thanks for the tip. I don't want to spend much but mostly focused on something that will get the job done and last well. Like I said though I've never done anything as far as shocks, suspension, etc. so I'm not sure what would be a good price and what would be about average.
