Default Freeze frame data.

Here is a freeze frame from my little code reader I have. It's not the greatest but wondered if anyone can help me. I get a P0300 at idle and it idles rough. I started my truck up to let it warm up and I looked down after a few min and the light was on. I see the STFT is way off from the rest. What does this mean. I am an idiot with engines and would just ilke to have some knowledge of this when I go see a mechanic. I also have to get a PA state emission done in april. Thank you for any help.

Fuel Sys 1 OL
Fuel sys 2 OL
Load% 3.9%
ETC 86Degrees
STFT Bank1 -21.9%
LTFT Bank1 -3.1%

LTFT Bank2 -3.1
Map(in Hg) 10.3
RPM/min 782
VSS/mph 0
MAF(lb/min) 1.238

Oh, I almost missed your post. The short term fuel trim on bank 1 is way out. It means the VCM is injecting -21.9% less fuel than the normal programmed amount to compensate for too much fuel on bank 1 (left side of the engine).

Thanks. I did the SFI to MFI conversion. Think that did the trick!
