Default Acuator or ....?

I bought a 1998 Silverado last night. While you drive there is a clicking sound coming from the passenger side that sounds exactly like a trurn signal clicking. The timing is exactly the same as well. (No turn signal not on). I know the seller by passed the heater core so I know that needs to be done.

My 1991 2500 had a bad acuator but only made the tapping sound after you shut off. This is not the same type of sound.

I would appreciate any ideas. If it is an accuator in your opinion...what would the name of that one on the passenger side be called?

Thanks all!

Hi: I'm new to this site however I have the same problem, vent/def.floor works just fine, hot and cold temp works ok, but the fresh/air does not move at all, I purchased this one brand new from my local dealer, the part# 89018678, I will return it for a replacement and let you know if that solves the problem? thanks for allowing me to respond on this site. if I did something wrong please forgive me.
