I'm trying to use 3M throttle body cleaner on a 4.8 ltr engine. Directions tell me to disengage fuel pump. Only problem is, in the fuse box were the 20amp fuse is there is nothing there, also were the relay is there is also nothing. So how the hell is my truck even running?

 

your truck uses a fuel pump control module that runs the fuel pump

You should be doing a throttle body relearn after the cleaning procedure.
