I have a 2002 Silverado LT Since I have had it for a little over 16 months the outlets don't work The lighter works not the other 2 . I can't find out where the fuse is . Please help

 

Open your hood and there is a panel on the drivers side fender thats shaped like a square. should have a fuse emblem on it. under the lid there is a chart and the fuse that matches the chart should be CIG LTR. i circled the fuse that you need to check. if the little metal pieces are broke inside it, replace it. should work again.
