I have either a knock or lifter tick assuming its a tick driver side im traveling at a hotel for the night happened today oil pressure is good i have 300miles to go, could i just single out the problem an pull a plug an get to were im Going to save the motor? If take it to a shop but i have only the money for food an gas.
