Does anyone know where I can order a custom fit winter bra for my Silverado 2500 diesel? The one they give you with the truck is useless!

 

Whats wrong with the factory one? we have never had a problem, goes on and off with ease on our 06

 

I have a 2008 model and the bra is impossible. Even the dealer agreed that it stinks, has had many complaints. It fits so tight that you have to heat it up to get it to stretch enought to get the fittings to catch. Try that when you need it at 20 below zero! And there is no vents for it if you want to leave it on and open it for warmer days.

 

They must have changed it with the new style. It makes sense that it has to be warm, that kind of material stretches and shrinks with the temperature. Tonneau covers are the same way. We just keep ours inside til we need it. I'm not sure where you can find a custom cover, but try autobarn.com or LMCtruck.com
