Default Heated seat problem

I have an 07, Silverado w/ heated seats. The back heater works but the bottom seat heater does not heat.
Are there separate fuses or circuit breakers for the back and bottom heating elements?

My 06 tahoe has the same similar issue. Both back and bottom seat heaters turn on automatically; summer, winter, whenever.
I'm told(by my ex-chevy dealer mechanic) the issue isn't in the switch on the door, there's a 'control box' in the door itself. And that it's common. He just replaced on a chevy pickup.
I'm going to the junkyard for the cheaper part and will try that.
Hope this helps and good luck.
