Default Heated Seats

Helppppp... I have a 2004 chev silverado 1500 with heated seats and they are not working, and its -30 boooo. Anyways if i turn the drivers seat on it will turn off very shortly after turned on, there is a clicking under the seat but i cannot find a relay and the fuse is good. i have also replaced the heating element thinking that may have been the issue but it is not. when i turn the passengers side on it works, but only if it is that side on. once i turn on the drivers both sides turn off.

Does anyone have a clue whats going on??? Thank you for you help!!!

Its probably the same thing mine did under the drivers seat there is a electrical connector. that hides under a plastic cover that pops off. Mine came loose from someone kicking it. I would check that. Mine is a 06 though. It caused both heated seats to not work. and not all the funtions were working with moving the seat. If its not that one I would check all of them. There is alot under there. Just tug on them and if it slides out you know it wasnt fully connected. Let me know if it works. (p.s. also made my airbag light come on)
