Hi, I am having some major wiring issues with my 04 silverado. I recently replaced the fuel pump and sending unit, I have no fuel gauge and i have 3 fuses blowing. My dash lights are gone, my air bag light fuse keeps blowing and my passenger power windows and power seat are gone. Also my blower control is not working. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 

I have no clue about the fuses blowing, but for the fuel pump sensor i recently had a problem with mine. It just stopped working all of a sudden and said I had and empty tank when I had filled up the day before. I simply took off the tank and opened it up, After a little bit of inspecting I found that the sensor bars on the fuel float had gotten old and simply broken off, so i bought a new float for the tank and presto! problem solved!

 

Did all of this start after replacing the fuel pump? The 3 fuses that are blowing, what are they for?
