Is your truck 2wd or 4wd?

Thread search "torsion bar adjustment" in this section.

If you do make any suspension adjustments, be absolutely certain you have the truck aligned immediately. Your tires could prematurely wear very quickly.

or you can crank with the stock bar keys in, but you may end up with a little stiffer ride.

This would give it a "K" 1500 designation. The "C" designation is for 2wd GM trucks.

Just crank the t-bars if you want cheap, and it'll be a rougher ride. Be sure to measure the fender height before and after to be sure both sides are even.
GET A ALIGNMENT afterwards.

the new key do not mess up the 4wd at all. it simply lifts the front end while maintaining a stock ride.
