Default HELP Nav question (clock wont work)

Ok so I installed my nav and everything worked right off the bat. The only thing I need to do is install the GPS antenna. Onstar works fine. The only thing that wont work is the clock. The numbers wont show up when you go to program it. What the hell is it??? It's driving me nuts!!
