Default HELP PLEASE!! Fuel pump nightmare.....

I replaced the fuel pump on my 2007 Silverado but I'm getting no power at the pump. I've tested the relays, bypassed the fuel control module with jumper wires on the plug to send power directly to the pump when I turn the switch and still but nothing. Im getting Voltage all the way back to the plug and it stops so any ideas as to what would cause ths?

These statements seem to contradict each other. Is there voltage at the fuel pump connector or not?

Did you have to replace the harness connector when you replaced the pump?
