Sorry to re-post this but I've read all of the other threads and still have questions.I have an'05z71 with the 5.3 L (iron), ec with swb. I want a deep sound exhaust but not to loud.The kickeris I don't want to loose hp,torqueorgas milage (will have a pull behind camper soon). I live in the south and put it in the mud occasionally. Any suggestions on what type of system is good. Also,is there adifference b/t acat-back and other systems. Thanks for helping someone who islost.

Go to GM-Trucks .com there is a cconversation on that site refering to what you are asking. Most are going with the Flowmaster for $ reasons, some like the Magnaflow. I am going with the Gibson on my NBS 07 as I like the duribilty.
