How much does it cost to add the power window accessory to a 2009 silverado work truck if you take it up to the dealer? They are closed today and I'm going to go look at buying a truck that does not have power windows today and want to know what kind of expense it will be if I buy the truck.

Well you'd have to completely retrofit the door for the power windows, gut out
all of the old componants, then tear up the arm consol installing the buttons.
What I would do if I were you is either wait til you find 1 that does have power interior
controls, or buy new doors that were made with power windows and locks and put
the new doors on your truck.

good luck

This will only cost as much as the power doors and a few electrical terminals. The truck will be set to accept the power doors. All you need to do is buy some doors (new or used) and install them. The wrecking yards would be best for this as you can get everything you need from the donor truck, right down to the ground bolts and wiring pigtails and fuse. This will also show you how they came out and the location of the connections and the fuse in the fuse box.Good luck.

Hope it helps.

You could do as Milli suggested and retrofit your doors but a door swap is 100X easier. I prefer to swap doors myself.
