I do not have a lift on my truck, but i am thinking i might have to put a leveling kit on the front end to clear the new tires. On the specs for the 305/45/22 Nitto Dunegrapplers i am looking at buying are 32.72" high and 12.05" wide. The specs on my BFG 285/75/16 M/Ts are 33.1" tall and 11.3" wide. The only problem I have with the 285s rubbing is they sometimes hit the rubber front inner fender wells when I am turning sharp and the susp. is flexed.
Oh well, I don't have to sweat this anymore since I traded it today for an '09 LTZ Silverado Crew Cab. I had to take advantage of the 0% for 72 months. I am switching the same rims out to the new truck and I'll let you know if there are any issues. Unfortunately I have to wait for it to get delivered. Wont be here until this weekend.
