Default I really need help with this code 43 problem

I've had this code for a year now and it got to a point where I can barely accelerate now but I have a 91 chevy silverado 350 tbi and the symptoms r surging at idle, hesitation, truck will shut off sometimes when put in reverse, and intake backfire, and sometimes hard shifting I have replace numerous parts knock sensor, knock sensor pigtail, plugs, wires, o2 sensor, cap, rotor, tps I advanced the timeing to 4 which made it run a lil better but it pops up with a code 43 everytime I start driving it bout 15 minutes down the road, it will run perfect when it's cold but when it starts warming up the performance goes down the drain so please help me if u could!?

Ignition module, pickup coil or ignition coil.

By ignition module do you mean the one by the distributor or the esc module?

Try changing out your coolant sensor, (aka ECT engine coolant temperature) this feeds info to the PCM which affects the entire engine management system.

More than likely the pick up coil in the distributor is failing. Replace the distributor with a complete reman unit
