There is no "best". There's best for specific purpose. If you do a lot of highway travel, you want low revs and high gas mileage-342s would be "best". If you do a lot of mudding or offroad driving, and need low end torque regardless of the mileage,410s or 456s would be "best"- many like the compromise gear-373s.
