Well today I removed the Plug on the idle adjustment on the TBI Throttlebody and raised the idle about 50 rpm, It so far seems to be doing better, I haven't really taken it for a long drive yet. It was idling about 550 rpm according to the Tach in the Dash, Now it's right at 600 Rpm. I also flipped the top cover of the cover to the Air Filter, So now it is more like a Cold Air intake and getting more Air. I will take it to work tonight and see how it does.

Well, With the higher idle, the car does idle better at a stop, But it still stumbles from time to time, Not as bad as it did, but it does. I will recheck timing, but I am realy runnning out of ideas here.

Hmmm. Is it listed anywhere what your idle speed should be?
On my truck there is a. Emissions label on the passenger side of the hood. You want to be at that many RPM at temperature +/- 50 rpm.
the only other thing I can think of that affects idle other than vacuum lines is misfiring due to electrical reasons or the condition of your motor oil

Well.... Truck was still stumbling a bit.. I decided to change the 5 month old Spark Plugs, I put in AC Delco Professional Platinums, So far the Truck is purring like a kitten, On one of the plugs there was a spot where it looked like it may not have been sealing to the head well. I only drove it a few miles, but it idled nice... I will see when I get to put a few more miles on it.

That's annoyingly simple. The CEL is supposed to flash under a misfire..
