for some reason the tailgate handle bezel on my 2012 chevy silverado has white streaks in it like wax residue or something. I tried getting it out with alcohol wipes, but it comes back. it's making the plastic look old and dul instead of new and shiny. anything I can use to clean it up? Thanks.

It might be something that is in the plastic itself and may not come out... Check with your dealer and see if they can replace it for you under your 3/36... another option is to remove the bezel and just paint it black with a quality spray paint for plastics

 

If it is wax you may want to try using a pencil eraser...it worked for me.
Hopefully you can paint over it and it's just in the plastic.
