Default k1500 longtube headers

i have a 97 k1500 and i want to go with longtube headers, shoties just wont do it, well ive been looking around and havent been able to find any longtube headers that wont get in the way of the front drive shaft as for it is 4x4, any one know of any headers thatll fit?

summit, jegs, ebay, those kind of places, they have them listed for 2wd but when you go to 4wd it says they wont fit

on summit i found some that they say will fit my truck but they were like 400 dollops. is ur truck extended cab or what?

its extended cab but every one i saw claims they dont fit because of the front drive shaft, i want to get the longtube headers and run all new custom exhaust but i gotta start with the headers first

if i was you i would get on summit and set everything to ur vehicle like year make drivetrain all that then when u find some that say theyll fit call summit and give them the part number and verify that they do actually fit. from what ive seen if they say they were made for and fit 4wd applications then they will.

well i think im going to put them on hold for a bit because a cammed 5.3 sounds better lol, the reason i saw that is because the other day i noticed a clicking noice coming from the driverside head and if its not just like a valve adjust ment and requires me going into the engine then im just going to take it easy and run that motor till she gives out on me and in the mean time save for a 5.3
