Default Leak under dash

Got a problem. I have a 2002 Silverado that has a leak under the dash. A while back the cover for the ?vent assembly? under the glove compartment broke off (I think my son pushed with his feet too hard, he is a big guy) and it put a hole in the bottom of it. It now leaks when the AC is on. I'm not sure if it is just a hole in that or also a crack in the firewall. Could I just replace that bottom piece or do I have to replace the whole thing (hopefully there isn't a crack in the firewall)?

Underneath the passenger glove box is the Cabin Air Filter...He might have damaged something in that system cuz those do build condensation and can drip...even look like a big leak if its hot enough. (Connected to the AC unit)
