Default lifting/leveling kit help

What's up i'm matt and i drive a 98 chevy v8
I was wondering if anyone could help me in understanding what i need in terms of lift kits. I am getting BF goodrich all terrains probably 17 or 18 inch tires and im not sure what kind of lift or leveling kit i need. I know i don't need one but i want on. I want my truck to sit high and im looking to spend under 200 for the lift. I dont really know much about different kits i know there are many ways to lift a truck. Any suggestions? Thanks guys!

For free you can crank up your torsion bars...gettin 2-3 inches of lift. Then buy a 3" body lift for a little over 200 and you could easily put 35" tires under it

i have a 6 inch overall lift on a 97 Z71 ( 2in suspension, and 4in body ) with 33in tires. i still have a foot of clearance up top, but i cant go with much bigger of a tire due to the front, at turns i only have about 3-4 inches of clearance from the bumper

On yours I wouldn't...the stock keys can crank up 2-3" which is all the aftermarkets would let you do

I bought offset torsion keys and decided to just crank up the torsion bolts, never used the offsets.Realaigned the front end to zero toe in,dont crank up the torsion keys to max it may cause premature wear.
