Default Loss of acceleration/backing up power

So this is the second time posting about this issue, still haven't figured out my problem yet haha. Brand new transmission, fuel pressure, cats checked out ok. Just changed out the crankshaft sensor and that wasn't it. So I've run out of options again, really need some more ideas. I don't want to have to pay the Chevy dealership $85 an hour to figure it out. Basically when I step on the gas in reverse the truck barely wants to go it sounds like its bogging out, same thing when accelerating going forward it feels like it's going out in a high gear then the power slowly increases and then increases faster and faster. I've already been back to the tranny shop and we went over it and it ended up not being that. So help please. Need answers. Thanks.
