Hi,
I bought a 2007 HHR a month ago. I love everything about the vehicle except when I have to back up (like out of parking places), I can't see much directly behind me.

I searched the forum for comments on the HHR and didn't see this problem mentioned. I wish I could have one of these backing assist devices installed that beeps when something is behind the car.

Also, I read on the forum about paint chipping problems and I am concerned because (I only have 150 miles on it) I washed it for the first time yesterday and found a couple of tiny chips. Don't know if they were there when I got it or are from stuff flying up from the road. I don't have mud flaps or running boards.

I would appreciate any comments or suggestions.
