Low beam out on drivers side
Check fuse. Replace pig tale. Still not working even replace light bulb and didn't touch the bulb with fingers.my high beams work and the low beam passer side works

Time to do substitutions. Move the good bulb to the driver's side. If it works, you could simply have two bad bulbs. If it does not work, it is some sort of wiring problem, as the fuse must be good if the other side works.
