Default Low Idle, Poor Fuel Mileage, Check Engine Light

I have a 2003 Silverado 1500 with the 4.8L V8 and 81,000 miles. Recently my check engine light came on and I began to notice that the truck has been idling around 400-500 RPM. It's an auto and has stalled twice in the past 2 months while making sharp corners. Took it to Advance Auto Parts and they checked the codes. It threw seven codes, with the big ones being:

- Mass Air Flow Sensor
- O2 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1
- O2 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2
- O2 Sensor Bank 2 Sensor 1
- O2 Sensor Bank 2 Sensor 2
- And a few others I can't remember

I bought a brand new Mass Air FLow sensor and installed it, but there is no change. Could there be on single thing wrong somewhere that is causing all of the other sensors to throw a code? I'm stumped, and do not want to purchase 4 brand new O2 sensors until I know for sure that they are the problem as they are pricey. I find it unlikely that all 4 oxygen sensors went out at 1 time like the codes suggest.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem might be?

Id give it a tune up, clean the air filter and injectors and see what happens from there.

And along with a tune-up, can't you just turn up the idle if it is too low
Or is the idle controlled by the ecu on the newer trucks?

i believe its on a timing chain. which is pretty much dead on.
run sea foam through the gas tank and through your intake.
