Default Max tire size

Hello I have a 1999 old body style c/k 2500 and I have some 275/70R18( that's roughly 33x10R18) BF Goodrich KO2s that came off a 2009 ford. I was planning to put them on 18 inch rims and put them on my truck but I was wondering if I would have to lift or if they would fit stock. If I was to lift should I lean towards body or suspension. I know body is cheaper but i also have ranch hand bumpers and dont want any gaps between my bumbers. I'm not looking to crank my torsion bars to ruin the ride, as rough as it already is. Thanks in advance!
