Default Mud Tires

Hey everyone,
I've got a stock 02 Silverado 2500HD and I was wondering what is the biggest size set of tires I can get on it without having to make any adjustments or lifting it?

I know 265 75 r16 will fit fine. But i have seen 285 75 r16 on them and they rub a little and most people just trim the plastic a little.

I'm lookin at Mickey Thompson's, either the Baja MTX, ATZ, or MTZ's. I really like any of them because they can carry good loads when I need them to. But I don't really want anything that sounds un-Godly loud on the road so does anyone have any experience with any of them?
