Default My '04 Chevy Z71 stutters/shakes at 50-55mph...? need help.

Iown a 2004 Chevy Silverado Z71 Crew Cab...everything stock. A few days ago I had my radiator taken out to get cleaned and right after I had it put back on I left my house and hit the expressway....this is when my truck started to stutter/shake at 50-55mph...since then i have replaced all the spark plugs but the problem is still there...what can it be? could it have resulted from the radiator situation? please inform.

#1 suspect is the fuel filter in the tank. #2 THE FUEL FILTER ON THE FRAME.

Could be the EGR valve most likely.
