Default Nav install LOUD turn signal issue

I installed a Nav unit in my non-Bose 09 Impala, using an after-market 4 channel amp and a Pac integration kit. Got the Nav back from programming and all works as it should, but the turn signal chime is ear splitting loud!! All the other chimes; door, key, and seatbelt chimes are all in line with music volume, but the turn signal I am afraid will blow a speaker. I am able to "turn" down the chime using the amp and or the Pac kit, but it lowers everything on that front left speaker, so thats no good. Is there an option in the programming that tells the turn signal chime to send out the chime as high level, versus all other audio sent out low level? Just stumped on this and CPS audio/video in Cali that programmed it is kinda stumped too. So far the only bug and love the looks and function!
