if this were me, regardless of what you will do in the long run with these mods you are doing, your bottom end will go, and if it were me, i would be prepping a new short block (block, crank, conn rods and pistons)
also edelbrock has engine combos for their intakes cams and throttle bodies and all are matched to eachother

 

Yeh. I have a couple sitting around. one same and the other a crate engine from GM. The bottom end is pretty new and strong on this engine. I am planning on going with an edelbrock intake/ cam/ tb setup. i just ordered me an electric water pump and new set of headers to replace my old ones. since im going with electric pump i am looking into a pulley reduction setup.
