I have a 1998 chevy silverado 5.7 v8 it wont crank or turn over atall the lights come on on the dash and every time i turn the key the light for the lights goes off and the park brake light comes on i have a new battery in the truck and ive had the starter tested all connections at the battery are good and all the fuses and relays are good there is a wire coming from the fuel pump relay that is red and it connects to nothing i
